Beer with a incredible black, black as sicilian night, with 7 malts to tame it, to savor with knowledge of the facts, maybe you saw after dinner with a chocolate dessert that knows how to hold his own.
It is Impenetrable, with foam coffee-milk, compact, fine and persistent, with an aspect vinous.
At the nose shows notes of roasted coffee and roasted barley.
The taste of licorice, cocoa and dried fruit, with a prevalence of toasted tones that come back in the end.

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a beige head. Some hard roasted malt and a little yeast in the nose. Quite full-bodied with sweet dried fruit, roasted malt and some yeast. No real bitterness. Sort of a Belgian style Stout. 050610
