Straw blond with soapy head. Aroma and flavour are slightly grassy. Something slightly herbal?

Bottle from Surrey Wine Cellar, Chobham. Sour doughy citrus aroma. Pale gold. Bubbly. A slight haze to it*. Massive frothy head. Light citrus bitterness with sugary sweet finish. Melons. Generally fruity. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft carbonation. Long finish, somewhat astringent. Another beer from this brewery which exceeded expectations. Soft and fruity. Slips down. Almost has some hefe characteristics, *especially now that I’ve topped my glass up and it’s gone opaque. If it was any sweeter it’d drop points though.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrusy hops, and grass. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, grass, hops, and fruits - especially peaches, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Citrusy hops in the nose. Light body, lightly sweet fruit and again a little citrusy hops. Dry but not overly bitter finish. Based on the hop character I’d call this an APA rather than an EPA. 050610
