La Mayno è una in stile Oatmeal stout (prodotta con avena), di colore nero impenetrabile con schiuma densa color crema. Prodotta con una miscela di malti tostati che conferiscono delicati aromi di caffè, tipici dello stile.
Di corpo e gasatura contenuti, in bocca è morbida, grazie all’avena con cui è prodotta, e offre gradevoli note di malto tostato, caffè, cacao e una delicata nota luppolata conferita dal luppolo Chinook. Leggera ed equilibrata, molto beverina.

Hazy brown with a tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, coffee and hoppy notes. Sweet flavour with hard roasted malt, coffee and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of nuts, malt, coffee, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, coffee, and nuts as well as an edge of acidity from the roasted malt, leading to a dry finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted maltym breadish and light herbal hoppy. Fruity, roasted malty and mild acidic. The acidity increases towards the finish and ending rather dominantly with the dark roasted malt.

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Cloudy and opaque dark brown with a beige head. Hard roasted malt in the nose. Medium body, hard roasted malts, licorice and vanila. There’s a light tartness in the finish which I believe derives from the malt. Pleasant. 050610

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tart coffee notes, woody notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]
