La Mervisia trae ispirazione dalle Extra Special Bitter Ale inglesi. Si presenta con un colore ambrato con riflessi rubino e schiuma a grana fine. Il profumo è di frutti di bosco, completato da delicate note caramellate donate dai malti. In bocca è corposa, rotonda, con una nota erbacea, floreale, lievemente speziata che accompagna tutta la degustazione. Amaro contenuto.

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy and opaque deep golden with a rough off-white head. Medium body, fruity - a little dark, dried fruit and some yeast. The finish is dry. 050610

Bottle 330ml.Alc. 6.2%. Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chestnut, phenoel, chemistry notes, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of phenols and yeast - I think it is flawed. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, and yeast - seems flawed.

bel ambrato buona schiuma discreta persistenza il naso è leggermwnte fruttato un po di caramello in bocca buon malto n ote caramellate un poco fruttata finale mediamente amaro a bilanciare leggereo sentore di lieviti
