Belgian White IPA w/ Tiley's - An expertly crafted beer in collaboration with Florean from Tiley's Brewery. We started with a combination of pilsner and wheat as a base, and added a whole gamut of our favourite hops from Europe and the Americas. We fermented with a blend of Belgian and East coast American yeast aiming for our favourite aspects of both. The result is a wonderfully fruity, dry, malty IPA with a slight spice element combined with bubblegum and tropical fruit elements from the combo of hops and yeast. This is not one to be missed.
