Many areas of the Abbey have been given informal names which have been retained over the years. One corridor is known as ‘Virgin’s Wing’ as it was home to the housemaids rooms, each complete with a window and fireplace – positive luxury in the Victorian era.

This lightly hopped festive brew uses the German Mandarina Bavaria variety, giving a suitably seasonal hint of clementines.
