Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw, elderflowers and other flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and elderflowers, leading to a lightly bitter finish. The body is light. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Deep golden with a slight haze and a creamy off-white head. There’s a light whiff of citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body, lightly sweet malt and sulphur. Dry finish, more dry than exactly bitter. 240710

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a big off-white head. Moderate aroma of grain, hay, some fruit, yeast and some spices. There is actually a hint of soap in the aroma without necessary saying that’s negative. Flavor is relatively light, refreshing and balanced. Grain, hay, fruit, yeast, spices and hops. Not outstanding, but a nice thirst-quencher with a light flavor.
