Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of honey, butter, bread, cereals and grass. Pours clear brown amber color with medium sized soapy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel, toasted malt and dandelion syrup, following is grassy, mild fruity and floral, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. No need for another one...

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: you know it is not a good omwn for a beer when people cannot tell whether the sourness is intentional or a result of the beer being spoiled. I too could not tell. Pours light amber with a big frothy head. Aroma of stupid caramel and citric acid. Taste is sweet burnt caramel followed by a mellow citric sourness. Not very good at all.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy amber golden with a dense off-white head. Tart fruity nose. Rather light body, a little fruit and a distinct tartness. Dry finish. Clearly infected, but not in a way that spoils the beer. 030610
