This quality, naturally conditioned Pale Ale was brewed to celebrate the first birthday of the Wye Valley Brewery which opened in March 1985 on the site of the old Pyon Brewery. The brew was mashed at 08:00 hours of the 8th March 1986 using only the finest quality malt, hops and yeast. It was collected at an OG of 1055 and carefully matured and conditioned before being bottled in a special limited edition of 1,000 bottles.
