Bottle. Pours a dark gold colour with a tight white head, plenty of hops in the aroma with hints of grapefruit, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

Cask at The Albion, Conwy. Slightly opaque gold. Thick foamy off-white head. Light sweet fruit aroma with some grain and citrus. Medium bitter. Tart fruit and wood. Grainy. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Chewy Gold. But ultimately the bastardised attenpt to best off the lager.
