Cask (handpump) @ Fat Cat, 23 Alma Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8SA.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caraeml, dusty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, hopy dusty notes, light butter. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100426]
