Opaque deep yellow with a moderate white fizzy head of zero retention. Aroma: smoked cheese, lactic acid, dough. Light body. Lively to fizzy carbonation. Taste: medium sour, lactic, moderately smoked. Additional malts and dough. Interesting.

Bottle. Orange-yellow, weak foam,. Aroma: wild, spicy, light smoke, sour, dough. Taste: slightly smoked, sour, yeast dough, lemon.
