- an artist collaboration with Simon Bailly.
A crisp and bold double dry hopped New England IPA. Cryo Pop was added for late fermentation and then to double it up we added Nelson, Citra and El Dorado in post. This heavy hop combination creates a flavour profile that will make you believe. Expect juicy crushed gooseberry, sweet pears and a gentle dose of bitter lemon.
