7/2/2025. Cask at the 15th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear copper amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is golden syrup, toffee, biscuit, sweet malts, tobacco, dried fruits. Very sweet with mild bitterness. Quite full bodied, thick, low carbonation. Well done.
