A collaboration with the UK's biggest pub insurance broker, Monopoly Insurance, and ably assisted in the brew by their owner Joel Kirby.
This is an all English pale ale brewed using Warminster Maltings low colour pale ale malt, Admiral cone for bittering during the boil and dry hopped with Olicana and Ernest.
Expect delicate flavours of passion fruit, nectarines and white melon all followed up with a pleasingly subtle bitterness.
