7/2/2025. Cask at the 15th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours almost clear amber bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, toffee, biscuit, syrup, fruit cake. Quite sweet with low bitterness. Medium body, smooth, very soft carbonation. Fruity finish. Enjoyable.
