Cask (handpump) @ Wellington (formerly the Cask and Cutler), 1 Henry St, Shalesmoor, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and peel bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100424]
