Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt and mold. Flavour had mold, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate hints. Moldy again from this brewery. Something is clearly wrong I’m afraid.

Tasting at Papsø
The color is almost black; medium sized head. The aroma is light, some roasted malt and cheese rind. Good body structure, with caramel and chocolate flavor, a bit ashy but also reasonably sweet, with more coffee in the end. Good.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and nuts, leading to a dry malty finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a dark brown with a warm reddish hue and a creamy light brown head. Aroma is dark dried fruits, hard roasted malts and a whiff of fustiness. Solid body, same thing: hard roasted malts and dark dried fruits. Some malt bitterness. The fustiness returns in the finish. 010410

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare and a quickly gone tan head. Aroma is earthy and slight vegetable like. Dark roasted malt. Mouldy and vegetable yeasty flavoured. Caramelish, toffee and chocolate too. Sweet and bitter. Goes gradually more dry towards the finish.
