Cask (handpump) @ The York, 82 Islington High St, Islington, London, Greater London England N1 8EQ.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, cane sugar, cola. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
