Fresh hop awesomeness! New techniques used at hop harvest, (they flash freeze the hops) have allowed us to get fresh hops later in the season. With this new process we took a bunch of our favourite varieties: Citra, Mosaic and Cascade creating an IPA bursting with freshness. It’s a New Breed of deliciousness!

Poured from the tap. Cloudy gold with small white head. Mild dankness (almost slightly skunky), citrus with light juiciness, something slightly odd about this I can’t put my finger on, but it’s decent. May try to make it out to the brewery to try it there.
