Black colour. Mild chocolate and vanilla aroma. Full bodied, it's quite thick, with chocolate flavour, spirit, some vanilla, boozy finish. Not sure about the coconut.
Not the most complex Ultra Imperial Stout, but it delivers enough enjoyment.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Black with minimal beige head. Bourbon, light vanilla, fairly mild coconut, feint hint of nutmeg. Decent. Wish it was a better bourbon.

750ml (thx, Tom B. for picking it up and saving it for so long during COVID) @ Alex's after I hope not a super spreader event Weathered. Appearance: very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, some bourbon and chocolate. Taste: along the same lines with some berry notes coming from bourbon barrels, slight coconut, and chocolate. Overall: pretty good.
