A heritage German beer style brewed in the town of Cottbuss - a region that played fast & loose with the Reinheitsgebot purity laws. Lightly hopped & fermented dry with a German ale yeast, then honey & molasses are added once fermentation has hended.

Poured from 500mL bottle (w/the brewnosers). Hazy gold with minimal white head. Grain and light honey. Decent.
