The triple amber Abbey is brewed with respect for the proud brewing heritage of the city of Saint Amand les Eaux, the Abbey being its standard. This triple fermentation beer will delight you with its malty aromas, citrus notes and the delicate freshness of its hops. Triple fermentation beer brewed with juniper berries.

(Bottle 75 cl) Only pale amber. Unfiltered with bottle fermentation and sediment. Pretty decent head, rather high carbonation. Sweetish and malty but lacks some personality. 160304

[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Kolding] A hazy pale amber beer with an OK head. The aroma is sweet and like dishwashing water. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel on a sour background - is it the use of brewing cereal or just the type, that makes it sour. I’m very disappointed.

Light amber color, generous head. Simple nose, some malt and cork. Reasonable maltiness, better than the Blonde, a light cork touch. Ordinary palate. There is a very light acidity (maybe the carbonation).
