“Yuzually” we make more traditional style lagers, but for a collab as fun and exciting as our most recent one with the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre, we had no choice but to mix it up.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Lots of yuzu, with a plain rice lager base that allows the yuzu to shine. Decent fruited beer.
