We did the hard work for ya and can conditioned our Wild IPA to dial up the complex, tart, & fruity flavours to bring you Wilder IPA! Hand-selected white wine barrels matured over two years with a Brett Wild Ale were blended with a freshly brewed Nelson Sauvin and Citra IPA, that’s been generously dry-hopped with Vic Secret and Galaxy. Hazy and juicy in appearance and jam-packed with layers of unique funkiness from one of our favourite barrels to come out of our Barrel House. Wilder IPA is loaded with layers of orchard fruit, oak, and white wine, to deliver a rich, earthy, & funky goodness.
