Farmhouse Pale Ale
This beer is a cross between two of our favourite styles here at lone oak; a hoppy pale ale, and a mixed ferment farmhouse ale. A grist of PEI pale ale malt, and a hop blend of all American hops was fermented by our house mixed culture in the foeder. Expect a medium bitterness, and notes of white grapes, pineapple, oak, and Brett funk.

12oz @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: Brett, oak with vanilla and sweet baking spices character. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: quite nice, reminded me of some HF shelfies.

Poured from 355mL can (thanks Chris McD). Hazed gold with small white head. Very nice aroma, feint white wine vinous, mild sweetness, some foeder and oak, light brett. Taste loses a bit of that flavour profile, but still a decent beer.
