We dreamt up this dry-hopped sour ft. fresh Ontario ginger in collaboration with the talented people of Sunnys Chinese to complement their spicy and delicious cuisine. Sunny G packs a nicely balanced one-two punch of semi-spicy ginger heat and cool refreshing acidity – imagine biting into a perfect piece of cold pickled ginger. Ontario ginger also brings this beer lovely fruity/floral characteristics that play well with American hops. We’re big fans.
