The 5th ERO has been uncaged from the cellar, and is drinking *kissy hand gesture* beautifully. It’s a blend of one-year-old barrel aged beers rested on 3 tonnes (!!) of de-stemmed Pinot Noir skins acquired from our eternal muses at Pearl Morissette, then racked onto a hearty helping of Montmorency sour cherries. ERO the 5th is lighter and brighter than the 4th. The pinot noir strawberry shortcake shines, and the sour cherries radiate high class Shirley Temple energy. We love it, you’re going to love it.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy reddish pi k pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is cherries, strawberry short cavke, tary cherries, jolly ranchers, and canned cherry pie filling. Mouthfeel is spot on, carb is fantastic. Finish is lightly tart, light bitterness, cherry pie filling. Bright and crisp, super refreshing, cherries and light citrus zest, and light vinous notes with some dark currants. Great stuff.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed bright pinkish red with small white head. Lots of cherry, feint subtle oak, nice complexity. Good stuff.
