[ As Artezan Château 2017 ].
ABV: 7.2%. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, wine - red wine, tart, tobacco, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, oaked, sour, berry, tobacco, grapes - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191130]

Tap. Pours dark hazy reddish brown with a small offwhite head. Aromas of red grapes, vinegar, oak, vanilla, light malt, cherries. Taste is pretty sweet, malty, chocolate, light cherries, grapey, oak, light vinegary.

Wracajac do piwa dzieje sie tu dzieje oj sporo, tak roznorodna paleta smakowa nie spotyka sie czesto w polskich piwach. Jest wisniowy likier, wino wytrawne, ocet winny, daktyle prazone, figi i wszystko co z fig mozna zrobic/przetworzyc. Piana jak na styl spora, srednio trwala, barwa rozowa dosc ciemna, zamglona. Drewniane aromaty i skora i dzikusy biegaja w nozdrzach.

Bottle thanks to Nikos! Pours hazy reddish chestnut, medium beige head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is woody, cherries, almond, funk, faint nail polish remover. Flavor is medium tart, light funk, woody, tannic. Medium body.

Bottle pour at OMBF 2018, Krakow. Pours brown with beige head. Caramel, some fruit, mostly berries, dark fruit, some red wine, barrel. Medium sourness, light to medium sweetness. Medium bodied.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 07/04/17. Rich dark mahogany brown with a decent light tan covering. Nose is big on red berry must, subtle wine stained oak, funk, damp hay, spice, wood must. Taste comprises dried fruits, red berry balsams, spice, nutty, funk, mellow red wine barrel, damp hay. Medium bodied with a little oomph, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic bite. Solid well balanced exponent of the style.
