Hops: Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Riwaka.
This bright and balanced pils is a beautiful union of German and American brewing techniques. Pilsner malt, German kettle hops, and a snappy minerality lay the foundation of this crisp and dry lager, while a dry-hop with American and New Zealand varieties adds a distinctly New World hop character. Notes of dank grapefruit, passionfruit, sauvignon blanc, and fresh-squeezed orange are complemented by a lingering floral bouquet. Light bodied with a smooth, rounded bitterness.

Small pour. Appearance: almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: bright, typical lager hops, some flowers, crispy. Taste: along the same lines, flowery, crispy. Finishes with noticeable bitterness. Overall: nice pilsner, not sure how much it is a West Coast, though.
