Keg at roor. Pours clear golden, nose is huge ginger, honey, yuzu, taste is zesty ginger, sweet citrus, floral, lychee, honey. 7/8/8/8/8

2oz taster. Served by Chad, the owner. Appearance: clear pale golden. Aroma: loads of ginger, some leche notes. Taste: quite sweet, honey, and ginger is nicely covered by honey. Overall: interesting.
