Floating In Light is a rotating hop pale ale brewed with a blend of pale English and German malts, and flaked rice. This snappy little pale ale was hopped in the kettle with Comet, Nelson Sauvin and Luminosa, then dry hopped with Luminosa and Comet. Floating In Light was then fermented cool with our house German ale strain.
