Sampled at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Muddy dark ruby pour with a thin head. Tons of wine barrel notes up front, followed by mould, wood, light acetic, dried fruit, red grapes. Complex and delicious, my kind of sour. --- Beer merged from original tick of Château (2017) on 17 Jun 2017 at 15:45 - Score: . Piana błyskawicznie opadająca. Aromat bardzo intensywny, złożony, bogaty. Mnóstwo wanilii, czerwonych owoców, nuty funky, kwasowość. W smaku czerwone owoce, wanilia, lekka kwaskowość, funk. Nuty czerwonego wina i ściągająca taninowość. Dużo beczki. Wysycenie średnie. Jak dla mnie totalna rewelacja, genialne piwo.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Note de prune.
