Farmhouse Saison with Nelson Sauvin Hops

Emmeline is our house saison that features a rotating hop in every batch. And for the first time ever, it’s available in bottles! This Pure original is created with our house saison yeast blend—a tri-grain blend of Admiral Pilsner, flaked oats, and unmalted wheat—and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops as our rotating hop. Emmeline is not only unique in that it has a rotating hop, it’s also the only beer we make here at Pure that has hops added into the mash. Scents of gooseberry, kumquat, and geranium rise from its radiant straw-colored body, while flavors of pear, passion fruit, and dehydrated lime shine through a light mouthfeel with a dry finish.
