Imperial Pastry Stout with our dear friends from Freak Folk in Waterbury, VT. Brewed with a decadent and complex malt bill, and conditioned on Madagascar and Mexican Vanilla, heaps of ladyfingers, Tanzanian and Ecuadorian Cacao, Toasted Coconut, and cream cheese (yes you heard that right).

(notes from Nov 30 since Structures doesn't like wifi) Poured from the tap. Dark brown with small beige head. Vanilla, coconut, cream cheese, feint chocolate underneath. Very tasty.

Taster shared with Ryan. Appearance: very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: smells like a cake, lots of chocolate, coconut, vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, thick, lots of chocolate and coconut, noticeable vanilla. Quite sweet, but doesn't cross the lines. Finishes with very interesting mix of coconut and vanilla that somehow reminds me some sugared berries. Overall: nice one.
