Poured from 750mL bottle (btl 13-12-22; bb13-12-23). Hazy yellow gold with minimal white head. Mild vinous quality, touch of funk, quite nice.

750ml (thx, M. Charron!) shared with Farees @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic, some bugs. Taste: same, pomace, bugs, some funk, a bit lemony. Overall: good and refreshing one.

(750ml bottle @ Sardines, Quebec City, Aug 12/23) Pours lightly hazy pale gold with a fairly small white head and little lace. Relatively dry overall, some pomelo, unripe clementine, soft green apple, lightly funky (hay) and dusty yeast character, vinous naturally, very soft cereal base, light lactic acidity, dry into the finish with the grape pomace becoming more prominent, unripe citrus and a little funk to go with the light astringency, pretty mineral too. Light body, very filling effervescent carbonation. Very drinkable but still reasonably complex wild.
