Bottle at Ryan's
Pale blond colour, hazy. Acidic, mild funk, a bit lemony, dry, ending with a hint of spice.
Pleasant.

750ml (thx, M. Charron!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees and Alex. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic, some funk, a bit of fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, lemony. Overall: refreshing, and quite pleasant.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 15-02-23; bb 15-02-24). Hazy yellow gold with white head. Rustic saison yeast, mild funk in the background, good balance, quite nice. On par with Philosoph(y)ie #3.
