Black colour, no head. The closest aroma to a chocolate truffle that can be found. Full bodied, sweet, not yet syrupy; with the dark chocolate, there are also components of vanilla and coffee, burnt sugar, roasted nuts, tobacco, and the alcohol is very evident, helping the mouthfeel, but a bit too strong.
Excellent.

500ml (thx, Jonathan M.!) on Alex's backyard. Appearance: almost black with no head. Aroma: lots of vanilla, bourbon, and bourbon barrel, some chocolate. Taste: moderately sweet, nice barrel and vanilla, character. Overall: very pleasant and a nice representative of the style.
