Tap at Lord Nelson. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice and coffee.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours pitch black with a small, creamy and chocolate brown head. Leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild fruity, dark chocolate and dark malty roasted. Smooth mouthfeel. Mild smoked, fruity and dark roasted malty to chocolate flavoured. Dark smoked and ashtrayish. Lingering dark malty and slowly increasing on the smoked and wooden notes. Vague tarish. Smooth lasting whiskey impression into the far finish.
