This is a seriously primo beer made from three seriously primo ingredients: a blend of 1 year old barrel-aged (in neutral oak 220L barriques) sour beers, choice Golden Plums (from Warners Farm in Beamsville, ON) and Niagara Gewurztraminer.
Prepare your nostrils for the aroma show of the year. This is one of the coolest beers we’ve ever made, it’s a spectacular medley of fruit blossoms - think Utmeshu meets Fiesta Farms Garden Center in full bloom.

375ml (thx, Peter K.!) @ Phill's shared with Ash. Appearance: slightly hazy with a Aroma: some funk, barrel, fruit character. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good.
