We took our pilsner and lagered it for 8 weeks in oak barrels. We then krausened this beer to impart soft natural carbonation. A complex and rounded version of the beer we find ourselves drinking most often in the brewery. Cheers!

16oz from the brewery shared with Andrey in Golden Ears. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: fruity, crispy, Nobel hops. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: very clean and well mage lager.

Light blond colour, chill haze. The malt aroma is delicate but nice. Delicate malt flavour, the mouthfeel is dry and a bit weak, the bitterness is on the mild side; overall, it's clean but a bit weak.
