Tasting at Andrey's
Hazy blond colour. Wonderful aroma, funk, citrus zest, old cellar. Highly carbonated, salty and mineral, sharply acidic, lemon, light juice, wood, leading to astringency in the finish.
Excellent.

750ml from the brewery at Andrey's shared with Phill and Alex. Appearance: hazy straw with a blonde head. Aroma: nice fruity character, funky, barrel. Taste: along the same lines, moderately acidic. Overall: pretty good.
