Flink is beautiful, sparkling thirst quencher. This fresh, light pale ale is low in alcohol yet full of flavour. We mixed in a bit of wheat malt, which results in a firm body and a very pleasant, soft mouth feel. A light dryhop with Galaxy and Mosaic hops is responsible for the tickle of subtle, fruity hoppiness.

Fles gedeelt door Inoven, geprobeerd met Benzai. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is vol, hoppig en fruitig.

Tight white head stayed on an active light golden body. Wheat & flora aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated on the palate and a clean finish. Hoppy tasting with tropical fruit, bitter citrus & yeast tastes - like a cross between a Belgian Blond & an IPA.

On tap at ‘t IJ Proeflokaal, Amsterdam on 17th March 2018. Gold with off-white foam and scant lacing. A fine hop aroma. Bitter and savoury hoppiness in-mouth, and a bitter citrus finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Bottle from an Albert Heijn in Lekkerkerk, The Netherlands (thanks to Anke). Pours clear golden with a diminishing, foamy, white head. The aroma contains flowery hops, grapefruit, malt, citrus, orange, yeast & bread. It tastes light fruity sweet, light to medium hoppy bitter and very light citric sour. Bit dry and yeasty finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Definitely a quencher by 't IJ, not much more.
