Brown and well carbonated. Moderate hops. The bourbon is there, but it complements the sweet malt, which is the primary character of this beer.

On tap at KØ-10, poured by G.O. It’s a clear, brown beer topped by a small, beige head. Looking really nice. Typical brown ale aromas, with caramel and dried fruits. Not much impact from the barrels neither in aroma nor in the mouth. Caramel and lots of fruityness in the flavor, mostly of the dark, dried kind. Full-bodied and super-smooth in the mouth. Lasting finish with fruits and roasted malts. A really pleasant and balanced beer. 100507
