Spring is all about layering, and that is certainly a word to describe this beer. First, we made two base beers; a kettle sour Saison and a Belgian Dubbel with Cedric’s hand batched Candi sugar. These two beers were blended in the foeder, where they aged on brettanomyces and other wild organisms creating a one of kind wild sour ale.

Hazy amber colour. Light aroma, some sour malt. Good body strength, good malt base, moderate acidity, and some berry flavour, so that it tastes a bit like a fruit tart; a bit earthy too, but overall quite well constructed.
