Naturally fermented on the farm and subject to cold winter temperatures, this cider took a long time to ferment. Late season apple varietals and quince.

Poured from bottle. Slightly hazed blonde gold with very minimal white head and a touch of sediment. Apple and the quince really comes through, there’s also a feint funk. Decent.
