We made you a stout. We are going head to head against the big players here. Picture it: the year 2067. We are massive. Global. We sponsor everything. We put this beer in every “Vancouver style” pub around the world. We start publishing a book that keeps world records of all sorts. Silly right? There is no stopping what will become of this. This is the future. Stout will reign.
All the more impressive considering that we’ve only made 750 litres of this beer, and are only selling it on draft at the brewery. But it will be on Nitro. Which is cool.

On nitro tap at Superflux, pours a deep dark brown / black with a medium off-white head. Aroma is soft, with toasted malt and soft bready notes. Flavour is very Irish-style, with an almost tart-like character to the malt, finishing dry and bready. Nothing special but it’s clean enough. Okay.

On tap at Superflux. Pours black with a beige nitro head. Dry roasted malts on tap. Flavour has dry roasted malts, slightly dry finish. Watery with a nitro mouthfeel. Meh.

Poured from nitro tap. Very dark brown with creamy beige head. Dry, mild sweet-ish roast malt, medium thin body. I get they’re trying to mimic Guinness, but they don’t manage to pull it off.
