Cask. A hazy golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of ginger. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of ginger, leading to a dry spicy finish. Too much ginger for my liking.

Cask (handpump) @ Wenlock Arms, 26 Wenlock Road, London, Greater London England N1 7TA.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate caramel, moderate to light heavy ginger, soap. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, spicy, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finsh has a ginger after burn. [20091228]

Cask. Clear golden with a creamy off-white head. Lightly spicy and citrusy nose. Medium body, sweet fruits, citrus and distinct ginger. Very soft mouthfeel. Spicy and pleasant. 200110

Cask@The Wenlock Arms, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, some fruits and mild maltyness as well. Flavour is mainly ginger with some mild maltyness. Way too gingery to be really enjoyable...
