Cask (handpump) @ Wenlock Arms, 26 Wenlock Road, London, Greater London England N1 7TA.Clear dark dark brown color with a small to average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, toffee, coffee notes, light nesquick - cacao - choco. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20091228]

Cask@The Wenlock Arms, London. Quite much black colour, small beige head. Aroma is ashes, liquorice, some roasted malts, mild burnt wood and smoke as well. Flavour is liquorice, ashes,some dark fruits, and mild roasted notes. Also some mild smoked notes as well.
