Crafted by blending foeder-aged sour beer with real florals and fruits grown at Field House Farms. This unique hop-forward ale boasts complex layers, primarily of lavender but followed by secondary notes of mild rhubarb and slightly acidic bouquet. Classically finished with a brettanomyces strain for added depth.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a small, quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma has plenty of lavender upfront, with the rhubarb taking a backseat, and subtle brett that pokes through. Flavour is fairly well-integrated, bringing out plenty of lavender upfront, moderate brett, moderate acidity, and a tiny hint of earthy rhubarb in back. A bit too acidic, but the different elements work reasonably well. As with most Field House wild ales, it could use some work, but itβs pleasant enough.

Poured from 500mL bottle @ ABC beer share. Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Light lavender, nice rhubarb, mild citrus, wild yeasts, a bit tart, but comes together nicely, quite nice.
